I thought Polaris was only for entry level gpus and notebook variants? The reason I would like to go with a 1080 (or if possible the 1080ti) is that it'll be the "best" card coming out around June. Unfortunately I really won't be waiting any longer past the month of June anyways which is why I plan to order my cards then.
From what I understood, wasn't vega not out until sometime in 2017? Or at least not announced till then? Again it's more of wanting to buy within the next few months than waiting another 6-8, sorry.
Lastly, have we heard anything yet on a 1080ti?

fade-ShdSteelfade-i want a m9 bayonet doppler phase 1Karambits actually come in several styles including fixed blades and folders to be more like a pocket knife! It's up to you on style. I also know there's a company that makes subpar "metal" knives to be just like csgo items but aren't good for anything else. Are you looking for an every day carry knife to cut stuff with, a self defense knife, or just for looks?
no but at one point i was getting irl knife vid suggestions on yt bc of csgo and i think irl karambits are neat does anyone have one
just for looks tbh
i'm not really the kind of person to do anything crazy enough to get into fights where i'd need a knife to fight with
i just think karambits look super cool
I definitely know theres a company making knives "just for looks" Id suggest then looking csgo knives in google as Im not familiar with the market for them, sorry.

Twiggyand i thought AMD polaris was supposed to be out way sooner than nvidia pascal :(
oh well, time for nvidia to update their drivers and wreck performance of the older generation again ;)
Well the fact is that Polaris is comprised of only entry level cards and notebook gpus, so theres no cards to compete with the 1080/1070, maybe with Vega but thats basically another year of waiting. #hypekiller

Just messin with ya is all. Basically if it can be done then why not?
And yeah there's not system breaking issues anymore on SLI crossfire yet people continue to bring it up. Though there's promise that maybe this year's new tech will work well lot optimize multiple gpu configurations? We will see.
