GentlemanJonNerding it up briefly, doing a least squares regression of the season's results 7 and aF are the two outstanding teams, 7 stand at +2.3 rounds over average and aF at +2.0.
7's offensive scores are at +1.6 over average and aF's at +1.2, both team's defensive scores are at +1.05 rounds over average. The most likely score from either team in a given map is 4-3 to 7 (12% of the time)
A probability matrix of Poisson distributions on the mean scores by either team throughout the season gives 7 a 55% chance of victory on any particular map in regular time with aF on 33%, with a 12% chance of going to GC (and the same percentage split for who wins that)
However the biggest error in the least squares regression was 7's week 1 spanking of aF 6 - 1 on Badlands (an even bigger shock than unexpected's win over 7 on Granary) so the possibility remains that 7 have extra gears available, and that aF's style is perfect fodder for them.

Also I don't know if this goes without saying but don't judge your play instantly at the beginning of the day. I can't aim for shit if its the first pug or game I've played in the day. Give yourself time to warm up before judging yourself or you'll just tilt and never get better.
Use comanglia and vtf crosshairs instead. You can change crosshairs per weapon just not the colour/size. In my experience clugu is glitchy with crosshairs.

Surrounding the admin issue, admin maybe the top 5 most active pug players over the last 2/3 months? With the restriction of X amount of pugs played/Skill level.
Saltysally10 and 1 are equivalent if your goal is the lowest possible interp. if you set cl_interp 0 and cl_interp_ratio 0 you're leaving it up to the server to set the values which usually ends up giving you 0.0152 interp. I can't find the link but its the math is cl_interp_ratio / cl_interp.
EDIT: No it's max{cl_interp , cl_interp_ratio / cl_updaterate}
So it being 1 or 0 makes no difference? I should set soldier to 0.0152 and scout 0.033 with ratio of 1?
