shootistThere's a problem w/ nvidia drivers above 306.97 w/ dx8 if I'm understanding your problem. Try rolling drivers back?
This issue has been fixed with the newest nvidia driver version 320.18 (for some cards atleast)
EDIT: Well it seems like not for the OP's card.
