I may be biased by being on team with Karova but you guys did just win didn't you? Doesn't matter have the back ups have the client installed and updated it isn't that hard.
I am not much of an mmo guy in general, but when I heard from about ESO I was intrigued. When I got into one of the early access beta tests (mostly for server strength and critical game breaking bugs)it was mostly just a regular mmo with an Elder Scroll tag on it. Then i heard the pricing for it and it really (from my experience) does not justify that amount of money to be put into as WoW in its prime did. From what I hear about Wildstar it isn't that good in general. I will probably just wait for ESO to go f2p and play if for a bit then never pick it up again.
WithADanceNumbermake sure your room is well lit while playing. That will help you more than you may think.
Never play with the lights off.
Or play with your lights off and wear sunglasses as #2 stated. You will look even better, and cooler.
I remember listening to Tell All Your Friends when I was a kid and it still holds up. So I will be listening to this and probably going to see them when they come around.
kirbyHow were New Again and Taking Back Sunday '11? Stopped listening after Louder Now for whatever the reason. I used to really be into TBS, but Louder Now was kind of a disappointment.
It was alright if you were disappointed by Louder Now then the same will happen its more of that stuff, but less good (imo)
ishzbtI just downloaded the hud and i really liked it. Tho i want to change the position of the health and ammo -> to be a bit lower. BUT all my text files seem really messy when i download huds from GitHub, any idea how to fix i really wanna use this hud with my own personal edits.
Get notepad++ that should organize everything as it should be.
Found the scout now looking for backups
Shiki is one of the coolest people of all time. He is stupid good with a huntsman.
WaldoAs opposed to a section for casual players/discussion, why not a subforum for new players/guides/questions?
I am not opposed to that but it isn't what I am suggesting. The only people who would read new player/guides/questions are people who are already interested in competitive tf2, and if you are already looking to get into comp tf2 you probably would be looking at this forum anyway. I am saying why not get a forum for the pub players so they actually look at this site and with that actually know about comp tf2 and tf.tv. If they were interested in tf2 comp then they would arrive here eventually anyways.
I will probably get some heat for this but since we are called Teamfortress.tv maybe we implement a community forum for people that are not in comp? Make some rules for it of course something like no scam help or whatever, but I seem to be noticing more pub community/servers posting here only to get downfragged to oblivion. This site if you search "teamfortress forums" on google is the fourth behind the wiki and both of steams forums. If a community forum is implemented we could make it default off the side bar on the entrance like we did with recruiting. If we make the site more of a general hub for the entire TF community we would probably get more people into comp then just spreading the site around when someone says "TF2 has a comp scene?". This is just an idea though.
