#17 I was scamed and I'm not sure where else to turn in Q/A Help

I totally read the title as "I was shamed and I'm not sure where else to turn"

Doesn't seem to make a difference either way.

#22 As much as i play in TF2 General Discussion

Find the streams of some of the higher level scouts. Really useful to watch them scrim because you not only get to see what they're doing, but hear the comms that go along with it.

SherbmeehyunHow do you get your TF2 to look so clean?
Install: http://etf2l.org/forum/customise/topic-22753/page-1/

Mat_picmip 10

You can also get your Fov_desired up to 130

Banned in ESEA.
Allowed in ETF2L and UGC

Would ESEA simply not let it work? Or would you get a ban if it detects you have it at all?

#7 Maybe put looking threads back in the sidebar? in Site Discussion

It's nice for them to have some exposure so that people can comment in them to give their thoughts on the player. It's nice for some people (other than people actively looking for players or teams) to see these threads.

I like the idea of a collapsable sidebar, if that's a thing.

#1 Soldier/Scout in need of team in Recruitment (looking for team)

Wazzup, my name is Vanilla, and I'm re-making my looking thread cause I've changed what I'm looking for a little bit.

I've played a couple seasons of open, and I'm currently backing up (officially) for Crunchy Bunch in open, and (unofficially, just for scrims) for eGo in IM.

I'm looking to play in high open or possibly IM as a soldier. After playing with quite a few different teams in the past, it's really important to me that the team I play on gets along well and has a lot of fun, because I've had more than enough experience on teams filled with too much blame being pushed around, and not enough positive feedback and constructive criticism. I'd also really like to be a part of a team that's in it for the long haul, and not just gonna die if they don't go undefeated in open or lose a scrim to a team they shouldn't have lost to.

I'd also be willing to play scout at any level in open. I'm somewhat new to the class, but my DM is improving and I've always been stronger in the game sense area. Low to high open, doesn't really matter to me.

I'd say I'm a pretty dedicated and hard worker. I love to watch demos and learn as much as I can about everything, I'm all about improving.

Hit me up for tryouts!

RagorismThe objective notification thing? Just go to tf/media, find the viewed.res file, and change every value to 50 or more, then it should stop popping up.

I think that works, at least.

Worked for me. So it sounds like it shows this message a certain number of times for every map, and if you set the amount you've 'seen' the message in the viewed.res file, then it'll stop showing it.

hud_reloadscheme did not work, and 'hudalert' was already set to 0.

Is there a way to disable it though, so that I don't have to hud_reloadscheme everytime I join a server?

#1 Hud annoyance in TF2 General Discussion

Hey, so I'm using Foster's hud, and everytime I joine a server, I get this big gigantic message that sticks around for like 2 or 3 minutes and covers up half my screen. Any idea how to disable it?
