Also, I feel like I'm kind of in limbo with the newbie mixes. I want to take part in them, but I am not really a newbie. However I am also far from an expert. Would 2/3rd's of a season in open be enough to coach? Or should I just play and offclass as a newbie?

I wouldn't mind seeing koth_ashville at all, much much better than cp_ashville in my opinion. I like cp_yukon, but I've never really played it that much in 6s, I think it'd be worth a try next season.

ETF2L Highlander Frag video got me into comp highlander (I used to main spy). Then a friend invited me to a pug group where they were playing highlander. Turns out they normally do 6s, so next time I was there I tried 6s out for the first time. Once I learned a little bit of rocket jumping, I was sold.

I think it'd just make it default. Most likely you need to go into the files and manually turn all that stuff off.

All I heard is that dpi makes the mouse movement smoother overall, so there's no reason to NOT use the highest possible setting. It doesn't matter too much to me what my dpi is cause I can get the same sensitivity by changing windows and in-game sensitivity. I was just curious, but it seems like it doesn't make much of a difference either way.

So someone told me that I should use the highest possible dpi setting that my mouse allows cause it makes tracking smoother. Recently though, I've noticed that a lot of players use a much lower dpi than I do. Is it because that's as high as they can make their mouse go? Or is there some other reason for it?
