Just saw it and I say meh
First of all, I have never liked Carrie Fisher's acting. She always feels dead behind the eyes ( no pun intended ) and this was no different. I feel like the should have killed Leia off when the blast hit the ship. (Also why did Laura Dern wait for like ten escapes ships to blow up until she started to aim her thing at Snoke's Ship. Also, why did she need to stay and pilot the ship? Do they not have auto-pilot?) Instead, they have painted themselves into a hole where CGI Leia has to make an appearance in the next film.
Most of the comedy for me felt forced and flat. The only funny line I can remember is with Hutch, Ren and the random tech guy when they are attacking the rebel's base. Problem is they don't have any charismatic characters carrying this. Boyega is trying but most of his stuff does not connect for me, Fisher has no charisma, neither does Hamill nor Marie Tran. Rey has some but not enough, same with Isaac.
I enjoyed the tension between Driver, Riddley, and Hamill however. I feel it would have been more interesting if Rey did accept/join Ren, and become a grey force to bring balance to the force.
Snoke was a joke imo and down with the porgs.

A lot of people are saying run Pyro in matches and then we'll see and that its unnatural to fight in pugs, which it is.
The only thing is that it becomes a vicious cycle where we don't want to face pyros in pugs, so we never have to learn how to face it. There is years of collective experiences and knowledge on fighting bombing soldiers or scouts and demomen, but because this iteration of pyro is so new, it is seemingly obvious that it would be unnatural and weird to play against due to the sheer lack of knowledge surrounding how to properly fight it.
I'm not saying that it is not annoying nor is this necessarily the right time to attempt to induct pyro into the meta, but I think if pyro were to ever become viable, there would always be that period of confusion surrounding its role and how to play/fight it. Because previously pyro was a joke, it was easier to write it off mid pug if the enemy ever used it outside of last, but now due to its increase after the latest update, The Pyro Update, its damage has increased along with its potential making it harder to write off in pugs and forcing people to deal with it.

As far as I know Valve did implement custom skins in the latest update so its not to outside the realm of possibility. I think the problem however is how Valve would market them.
Looking at the previous examples for reference, there has been a tier system so what would that mean for competitive cases? Would Froyotech be more rarer than SVIFT? If so that would not only be rude to the team but limit people from accessing their teams skin, which isn't beneficial for the team.
So while the concept is possible, its the nitty details that make this unlikely for right now.

What's y'all opinion on petals? I've only just got a Big Muff and I've been loving it but I'm looking to expand. Any suggestions. Mainly looking at Envelope / Overdrives but anything is welcome.
