Paddie. I know that paddie scout is often accompanied by a LUL, but I think he really stepped it up for this lan and proved that he can contend with the best on scout.

not sure if it's like that in tf2 because I don't really do that stuff but cs has it.
afaik there aren't paid sprays in tf2, you basically spray anything, for better or for worse.
