Looks like the interface is dropping packets periodically.
Make sure you're connected over Ethernet to the router!

You can't switch inventory pages with the keys "a" or d". It's much harder to manually move stuff around.
How do we sign up? I expect eXtine will be posting a thread shortly.
Comparing the CPUs between the laptop Alkaline suggested and your build:
http://ark.intel.com/compare/78930,75048
Note the difference in TDPs and clock speeds, even though the laptop is an i7 with hyper-threading it will perform much worse.
Fully loaded the laptop will be running the CPU around base clocks of 2.5GHz (if not lower if the cooling is weak, and it won't be able to turbo up), and the desktop CPU will be running at its base clock of 3.4GHz (also unable to turbo higher, but it's already a much higher clock rate). Since they're the same architecture you can generally compare performance based on the clock speed difference of 27%.
Now if your computer easily streams with extra CPU power available, then perhaps the laptop will be adequate.
Your CPU has a TDP (thermal design power) of 85 Watts: http://ark.intel.com/products/75048/Intel-Core-i5-4670K-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_80-GHz
Most mobile CPUs have TDPs below 35 Watts.
If you're playing and streaming on the same system you'll be using all of your cores, and a mobile CPU will have to downclock the cores to stay within the thermal limits (desktop CPUs do as well, but they don't have to as much).
So unless you get some sort of beast laptop with a desktop processor (big and hot!) you won't be able to get the same streaming performance.
Honestly I didn't notice much difference between that Acer 120hz i SOLD to messiah and my current Asus 144hz, so I have no idea what these input lag rumors are about.
Why not link the slickdeals listing at least? There is a bunch more useful information on that page, and I would expect most people know to look at other sites when looking for deals.

Dunno if it's really worth reposting slickdeals listings here.
Esea.net changed ip because theyre using cloudflare now. Some DNS servers take a long time to update :/
a+ config, he's a genius
what does net graph look like in TF2? (can you post a screenshot of net_graph 4?)
