Well when using fullscreen mode it's fine for me as well. But with windowed I can't do anything on my second monitor without getting unbearable input lag.
Considering I use fullscreen, it's awesome. I can see how this sucks for windowed modes though :/

Overview:
-Messiah updates to windows 10, can't use his computer (starting demo down)
-Hooey crashes on the first map, neither Hooey or Vand can get back in the map (ESEA client errors)
-Kai has to go to work after the first map (starting scout down)
-Eulogy's internet drops constantly during badlands (possible ddoss)
-Vand joins for Eulogy, ends up lagging out (possible ddoss)
-We get Harbleu in (using a premium code)
-Eulogy rejoins, still is dropping periodically

Technically you should be able to use any i3, i5, or i7 of the 2xxx or 3xxx ranges (3xxx assuming motherboard support).
