Same thing happened to me, sounds like it's definitely a heat problem. You can download a GPU temp monitor to see how much the temperature is rising and if your lagging always starts when it gets to a certain temperature. I would always lag when I hit 80-85 Celsius, but luckily I can have a wired connection. My GPU rises to like 95 Celsius when I play for over an hour which is definitely not good. I'm guessing there's a lot of dust collected on the inside but I can't take it apart myself to clean it nor is there an intake to blow air into. Since you've had your laptop for a year I think the same is happening for you. You gotta find a way to clean it. I've heard from multiple people with the same problem that this fixed the problem completely.

Having some early roster issues with certain people no longer able to commit time. Need a pocket and another scout. I'm still demo, wreath on roamer, ycpunk as med, other scout is forks. Once we finally get this whole roster thing down we'll be scrimming pretty often, any day we're all on Sun-Thurs, so we prefer someone who plays a lot. Wait how? Pocket and scouts are same speed either way they go since they're just running. Roamer is only as fast as the med who's running. And demo can be same speed from either side.
