This is a valid opinion. I don't agree, but yeah.

I'm uncertain to why you're pussyfooting around with the wording "access to a VAC banned account," as if the account just dropped into his lap post-VAC ban. We know the reasoning behind the VAC ban is aimbot/general cheating on TF2, unless you're going to refute that his 800 dpm sniper game is legitimate. We also know that the account has been used for raising Phrakture's MGE score, if you'll look back a few pages on the thread there's screenshots of that happening as well.

The circumstances seem fairly clear. Phrakture made an alt, decided to test cheats at one point in time on the alt and got VAC banned. Ultimately, it's up to the community to decide if that is a despicable crime or not worthy of banning. But you shouldn't rush to his defense trying to say that we need to clarify who's account it is and why he has it because it's already been established.

Seems to be an alt for tf2lobby stomping purposes. He has 4 games recorded on logs.tf and they're from Sep 12-13. His VAC ban was apparently 46 days ago which happens to be around the same time. Seems pretty obvious he was cheating.

Blackarc in Diablo 2 since like 2001 and Element745 in Runescape since like 2003-2004ish. Also if I remembered what email/pass I used for my Guild Wars account I vaguely remember some hilariously bad names used as aliases for the characters there.

Typing in Element745 in google seems to have Xbox Live and forum users having the exact same name. Guess even that number combination wasn't original.

Honestly, I think casually swearing is fine even on a professional level. 2GD swears a ton, and he's a popular enough overall personality to have been a major part of this year's International. As long as you draw a line somewhere and don't overuse profanity or start throwing racial slurs out, there's no problem.

The problem with naming yourself or your team things like this is it's ultimately up to the sponsor or caster if the names are appropriate. You're basically forcing their hand and making things more difficult for yourselves.

My junior year of high school had basically half of my grade get in trouble and stay after school. Someone had thought up of a "junior skip day" where no one would show up to class and we would all go to a park and do drunken boxing. One of the students decided to upload a few clips of that day on youtube as "(our high school name) junior skip day boxing" like the genius he was and then everyone who was absent that day was questioned after school. I made the excuse that I was sick, and even though it was obviously bullshit I luckily wasn't on the video so I didn't get into any trouble.
