Mine did it quickly, but still in steps. It would be nice if someone who hasn't done this yet did some benchmarks before and after to see if it actually helped.

Before steampipe, there was an option to defrag TF2 through steam, which had the possibility of increasing performance. During the steampipe update, the button was removed from the local files menu, but apparently, the function still exist and works. While looking up the syntax for the steam browser protocol, I found that the same kind of link can be used to defrag, as well as other interesting functions. And, while I'm not sure if it actually did something, using this to defrag my game did not result in an error and seemed to function normally. Copy and pasting steam://defrag/440 into your browser's address bar will attempt to defrag TF2.
This is the developer page about these links, some of which don't appear to be accessible in another way.
I'm pretty sure this is unintentional.
In maps where a spawn door has a sight line to a choke point, sit inside spawn/very close to it, and try and get an early frag/force when holding last, then switch back to scout/soldier to fight.
Rickarent handheld consoles irrelevant when smartphones/tablets have quad cores and dedicated graphics processors that can play games at higher resolution than 3ds/psp
Also if you don't want half of the community to be predisposed to not take you seriously, replace the numbers in your name with letters. It's silly to point out, but to be honest it's annoying to have to try and think of how you pronounce stuff like that.
The difference between the VG248QE and XL2411T is pretty much just where they're cheaper to get. It's the same panel, so if you're in NA you can probably get the Asus for cheaper, and if you're in the EU the BenQ would be less expensive (from what I've heard). Getting the 4670K without a cooler is dumb, you might as well go with the 4670 for $20 off, since stock cooling is never very good for overclocking. The 212/evo is a great cooler for the price, and should get you a nice stable OC on the 4670k, if you're willing to pay the extra $30 for it. So basically $50 for OCing, if you're intending on doing so.
It's probably something in your config. Do you mean it comes back on after you restart/join a game, or that it just doesn't get applied?
mana is the nicest person on the internet
the main problem is that 40 pugs is nowhere near enough to know everyone, it's just enough to keep people from making alts to captain 5-0 rolls
40 pugs to add up as captain is it
Teams mentoring teams. This sounds like an interesting idea, could work similarly.
cp_vanguard was the one map from new map pugs that I really liked, not sure what the most recent version is.
Given the huge number of new players, I think a separate channel in between pugna and mix is what people would want out of another channel, and given that new map pugs haven't gone well at all, being entirely based around new maps might not work well.
