b4nny was replaced some time in 2013-14. b4nny states in one of his videos that his original alias was gurn3y and that he stole his older brother's alias when he stopped playing games. That b4nny was the old b4nny we know and love, who was humble, had long hair, no beard and played demoman. He didn't always come first, and had close competition with platinum back in those days. What has never been revealed until now is that the elder vincent brother, the "real" b4nny had been sealed away as punishment for his evil ways. After his sealing, gurn3y took on the role of his elder brother, and ruled peacefully in the early years of ESEA.
But then some time in 2013/14, disaster struck. The seals on the real b4nny had become weak over the years and he was eventually able to escape. On release, he discovered his brother's success masquerading as him, and in all of his vexatious rage, he flew to California to punish him. The elder vincent brother was stronger than the younger and easily defeated him, locking him in the basement. Thus began a new age for competitive TF2.
But our story doesn't end there, oh no! After absorbing the powers of gurn3y, the new b4nny (easily identifiable by his shorter hair, beard and generally more aggressive personality) decided to start a streaming career. As penance for his sins, b4nny imposed a further punishment on the imprisoned gurn3y. He must moderate his twitch chat for all time, or b4nny will not feed him. You see, that is the terrible truth: zeekaptain is none other than the original Grant Vincent, a shadow of his former self, cursed to moderate eternally.

Forget the kill notices, I'm still mad they got rid of these viewmodels and that the lighting in this version of TF2 looks so much better than on high settings in modern TF2. Granary and dustbowl looking amazing.
