That's a great suggestion. I'm a huge noob when it comes to adding custom HUD stuff to lawena. If there's a tutorial you can direct me to it would be much appreciated.
I don't but I don't think it should be to hard to implement. All you'd need to do is copy huddamageaccount.res over from the default hud in rousource/ui. Once that's done, change the PositiveColor to "255 255 255 255" to bea pretty legible white. Then in console in game make sure hud_combattext and hud_combattext_healing are set to 1.
The only thing with that is the damage the medics pocket does will show up too. I tried messing around with the alpha of the damage dealt and you can't change it without out changing the health healed, I don't know if it's possible to get only damage healed.

Quick fix isn't allowed though.
If you're AMD don't do it via global, make a profile for tf2 and then change the LOD in there. Otherwise you'll have to open and close the program every time you wanna play TF2, global will apply it to every game you play unlike just doing a profile for tf2 only.

Looks like there's a shadow that's not coloured black/is out of position. Look for TargetNameLabelShadow or something similar and change the xpos/colour to work with the foreground TargetNameLabel

hud_combattext_batching_window "0.8" is what I use, hud_combattext_batching_window "0" will make it disappear or you could use hud_combattext_batching "0".
If you don't mind putting in a little work I've found the best servers are private ones. As in, rent a box and install tf2 on it yourself.
