PlatypusMost people here will reccomend you buy an inexpensive portable device (tablet, chromebook, cheaper laptop) and use the rest of the money to build a desktop. Is there any reason why you couldn't do that?
I move too much to have a desktop

Title is pretty self-explanatory my laptop current specs are
-AMD Anthlon II Dual Processor 2.30 GHz (not over clocked)
-Ram 4GB
-ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250
I am looking to up my performance in Dota 2 but not for a high cost.
So some questions I have to ask.
Is i5 an increase to my performance if it has lower GHz?
How much of a difference does RAM make?
Forgot to add I also want one that could help me stream.
