give medic a healing lightning gun that replaces crossbow and medigun, gives them 500hp total but it drains 20 every second and only refills if you're healing a teammate, infinite range and heals 100 hp per second up close and 400 at max range.
also it can only heal soldiers and instakills scouts it touches on either team

rktGODhypnogreeneone time he rang for my team and told me to shut the fuck up because he died and proceeded to never heal me again for the remainder of the scrim. meteoric ego and legitimate carcinogenI'm honestly glad you brought this up because I remember this situation vividly. It was a Clearcut scrim, I called you out for messing up and instead of owning up to your mistake and move on, you then proceed to blame it on me for not being able to survive on my own when you are the scout on a KOTH map LMFAO. We were trying to kite an uber from the enemy and you left on your own rather than leaving with me when you are the only scout alive on our team. Yes I admit I didn't heal you for the remaining time on the map (and that was my bad), but don't try and paint me as the only bad guy when you contributed to the conflict as well.
imagine ringing for a team and then throwing and trying to defend yourself
