No, you can't sold that shit. Those audio jacks are really hard to fix once they're broken, if you try to sold them yourself you're just going to break them completely.
However, a good technician who knows what he's doing can fix it pretty easily for you, if you don't have any other jacks in your computer you should do that. But if you also have the common audio jacks that comes with most mb that are at the back of the tower, then just buy cord extensors for your headphones and mic and use those plugs.

Nah, that sounds like a major ram issue. Monitor your ram while launching tf2, see if it gets filled, if it does it's because in order for the game to load all the shit it needs to run it's having to read a bunch of stuff then put that stuff in the swap space (hard drive) to free some memory and then load more stuff into ram and repeat until completed.
I play on a 2.4Ghz notebook and long time ago I bought 4gb of ram and tf2 started loading pretty quick, I'm always one of the first to arrive to a server after a map change.

Yep, in TFC ctf was almost the only map played in pubs and it was one of the most fun to play. That's probably because tfc was mostly a teamed version of the half-life multiplayer mode so you only cared about DM.
But nevertheless, there were some classes like scout and medic that once they got the flag out of the base you could run away with it but it took a certain level of skill so it was fun and challenging.

I think that when valve designed the ctf maps for tf2 they didn't consider all the movement differences the classes got (2fort is the exact same map) and that's mostly why it sucks to play them.
There's yet to be made a good ctf map, having the capture point in the middle is a good idea, but I haven't seen yet a ctf map that would make me want to play it again.

Don't give up to ping bro, you just have to think .2 seconds in the future, or try a hitscan class. Powah can help you out
