DougThe scene here is almost dead right now due to lack of hype and some problems we had with DDOSers (we get a lot of low level teams but the best teams would be playing in Div 2 until last year), but we used to have some great teams from 2008 to 2012 ok
I'm not saying all Brazilians are bad, but with as many teams and players trying to play ESEA just for that reason, I can't see the br teams winning i52. :p
The people in BR I talk to give me exactly that impression of the scene.
