Get the best keyboard to have ever been produced, period.
It has buckling spring mechanical switches that feel great to type on. They're pretty loud but it's worth it. You'll eventually love the sound, I promise.

when i first started comp tf2 with highlander, i was super nervous and a little shaky, so I got in the habit of taking a vitamin B12 pill before every match or scrim
eventually i stopped because I figured it was probably a placebo, and now i'm usually fine
just remember, the first rollout is the hardest
