Not sure if your overlays are pre-rendered or done on the fly but you should probably slow them down by about 50%, the transitions were way too rapid to read.

seanbudFearmie suggested that I do a system restore to a few days ago and I looked at the restore points and they were for windows updates, and the mumble update to 1.2.4 that I installed for tf2center. I restored to before mumble update and now the client works fine. I'm assuming this was the issue since the client has some built in mumble stuff.
1.2.4 was released months ago, maybe you updated from 1.2.3 to 1.2.5 which was only a few days ago?
