lamefxatmoRuwinthere are numerous reasons as to why esea lan was not a spectacle. the ruleset was not one of those reasons.
you don't think the 60 minute time limit has any bearing on HRG's passive play style?
Had the same bearing on Mixup and LGs aggressive play style at i46. Meaning it has nothing to do with it, different teams play in different ways.
That's true. It seems like the recursive wait-pick-push method of HRG is a bit exploitative of the long timelimit though, and it didn't work for them at i49. Shade even said something to the same effect in an interview.

Maybe they haven't gone through with the wiping yet ...
edit: it looks like they mainly use twitter as an outlet for their facebook posts, could somebody please try to contact them on there before it's too late? https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151771606019361&l=197dc941e4

hookyAnyone know what was up with the STVs? Why were they not working? Is it just a case of "oops we forgot lol" like ESEA LAN STVs were for forever?
There were internet issues in the event centre for the entire LAN, I guess fixing those were a priority over getting STVs up and running. It wasn't something omitted malevolently, just a lack of time or manpower on Multiplay's part.

wwalrusfrom a practical point of view, is it worth doing i52? there was a small increase in viewership for the grand finals (5.5K->6.3K at peak afaik). besides the entertainment we get from watching the tournament, which is valid reasoning, is it actually worth it?
EDIT: just checked the other thread and from what a few people say between 6.5 and 6.8K
wasn't there issues with the stream going down? that would affect viewer count quite a bit

Did you get this resolved? Encountering the same thing (although related to a slightly different game resource).
