I heard there was this totally new game that people are saying is going to blow TF2 completely out of the water, like you can talk shit about Underwatch or Stillborn but everything I've heard about this one game sounds like it's going to thrive and prosper for a long time. It's called Monday Night Combat, anybody else heard about it?

Actually I remember commenting on this before but do you Scouts do that shit where if you're standing still you just start swapping weapons really fast because this has always amused me.

I'm gonna bump this since I want the i58 Schedule Set thread kept as the i58 Schedule Set thread since that thread's actually important and this one's still sort of on topic for skins. I appreciate everybody's eagerness for them; I also understand those that don't like or want the skins and I respect your opinion so as long as you've got good feedback as to why you don't want them or you respect the effort. I don't really want to make this an "I'm doing this for free you ungrateful turds" post (which btw 99.9% of those posts are absolutely justified). We didn't get as much survey feedback as we wanted back from ESEA S17's reskin surveys beyond collecting data from r/tf2, TFTV and Twitch chat, and I forgot to set up surveys after ESEA S18 and i55.

At some point a League of Legends skins idea was pitched but was scrapped because we didn't want to test this out for i58, due to how jarring it might be as well as silhouette shapes and fucking with Valve's designs. (I also don't actually know where to get a Demo hoodie model though that'd be sick.) Ideally in a future where this prospers and pays off, items that can be decal'd with the teams and bought to fund them or fund tourneys seems like the way2go. For now, we're leaving in more TF2 Team Colours to keep with the palette, with enough design to basically be unique and not just copypasta logos. Should the trend eventually just go towards copypasta logos + no design or brand colours for other tourneys because matching green with red is fucking painful, that's alright too.

With respect towards personal taste and knowing not everybody likes them (which is absolutely fine, we did it this year due to enough demand), you can have no skins back when me and my team keel over from our all-nighters of editing 120+ textures and attaching those to 36 Steam ID-hexed StatusSpec models. You're probably in luck since I don't ever intend on putting myself or my team through that hell again.

Not when their post for i55 was on point more than this was. I was hoping for the same front page treatment. It's front page thank you Valve, just wish it wasn't just copypasta and actually fact-checked.
