go to pvhud clientsheme.res, search the following:
DefaultLargerShadow (damage numbers)
HudFontHUGE (player health)
DefaultLarge (timer)
copy and paste them to your clientscheme in the font section
i am using pv hud with default clientscheme, the problem is with linux afaik. i was checking if anyone knew how to make them wider on linux

I bought the sony mdr7506 recently after my ath-m50 headband broke. The mdr7506 are comfy enough and sound is good, the ath-m50 were really good for idk how many years until now when i had to tape the headband. The audio is still fine though. I use them with a modmic and i'd recommend both.

try setting ypos to 9999 on bgframe in hudmatchstatus.res

yes, but afaik base self damage haven't changed, at least not since i started playing. that's what i mean, i am well aware that pocket soldier with shotgun was the meta for a long time
ScrewBstuffIt shouldn't be an unlock buff because then shotgun soldiers would miss out on most of the benefit. Should just be a base self dam resistance buff.

if you installed vtf crosshairs maybe they override the vpk? just a guess, can't say that i know. otherwise try using the scripts/tf_weapon_* files to change the smoke and see if it works with that, you can get them from cfg.tf

These are autoexec.cfg, which runs at game launch, and the 9 class configs (scout.cfg, soldier.cfg, pyro.cfg, demoman.cfg, heavyweapons.cfg, engineer.cfg, medic.cfg, sniper.cfg, and spy.cfg) which run on switching to a new class. All of these files go into a folder called user you create in tf/cfg.
this is pretty messy (for me at least) i have a binds.cfg that the class.cfg executes but it doesn't read from tf/cfg/user/binds.cfg, it still reads from tf/custom/mystuff/cfg/binds.cfg.
edit: tried it out just now, if you want to execute other *.cfg files in tf/cfg/user/ you have to call them with exec user/*.cfg
i got the intellimouse pro and it's very nice tbh, it's pretty large but it works when i palm it (18 x 10 cm hands). the quality of the buttons and scrollwheel are sooo much better than the intellimouse 3.0 if you've ever used that.
