We've had issues with PGL at previous events. Some Valve people lobbied to bring them back for CS:GO, feeling that they deserved another chance. That was a mistake. PGL is an ass, and we won't be working with them again.

Since the TF2 scene is so niche, you'll only find small centralized leagues outside of NA/EU/AU.
Your choices for South America are LBTF2, Chapelaria, and UGC SA. However, they're all mostly Brazilian so if that's not your cup of tea, you're pretty much out of options unless you want to delve into NA leagues.
