Your HUD is incredible and I rarely play Medic. I love the centered health and ammo section and everything is compact yet readable.

My suggestion is you should make the scoreboard a little fancier (more descriptive stats with labels and include the Steam avatars & Friends' list logos next to their name for the less minimalistic "pub" scoreboard) when you can.

I noticed there are faint transparent black labels on the scoreboard for the map name and team names. Should those be removed or team colored?

Also the damage numbers linger for a while. Some other suggestions:

The letters from the killfeed are extending past its background box. Also are the killfeed icons supposed to be yellow and lowered from the top right corner?

The cross or Create Server button above "medhud" is missing from the in-server/in-game menu. "hud" is not all caps either but that's just my OCD. ;)

Has anyone considered the idea of having the weapon's icon appear somewhere near the ammo counter instead of a transparent viewmodel? That would be pretty cool I think.

I have to ask, is QuakeCon usually not a popular LAN spot for TF2 players? It is the biggest in America though.
