1. look at where the rocket is going and start moving out of the way. even if it hits you you'll still take less damage.
2. learn how to airstrafe and get comfortable doing it while DMing.
3. dont make it too obvious that youre about to jump onto a prop. a lot of better soldiers will use it as a chance to land a nice girthy direct on you. try airstrafing onto it or tricking soldiers into thinking youre gonna jump onto it but then not.
4. pay attention to what weapon he's using and change your movement accordingly.
5. if he has his shotgun out, he has way more health than you, and you have to take the fight, try to fight him from as close as possible..close range shotgun fights are much more random than the ones from medium or long range.
6. play soldier against good scouts and see what they do.

the same could be said for just about everyone that makes content for kids. At least kids don't have to actually spend money to enjoy his content, all they have to do is watch a 15 second ad and then they're free to let their brain rot. Though, I guess this game is a different case, but who cares? Most of them will grow up and move on to better content anyway. Pretty much everybody liked garbage when they were a little kid.

Hello I am also an inconsistent player. What helps me is just being in the chillzone when I play. Make sure you're well hydrated, well fed, and well masturbated so that ur mind won't have bad thoughts goin on. play in a well lit room so your eyes aren't tired. One thing I like to do ask myself if my crosshair is actually over the enemy before I decide to quick. Obviously I'm not literally asking myself that question but sometimes slowing down your aim a little can help.

Same thing happens to me when I'm nervous.
