BloodisEven with health gain on damage, it seems like you still get half of your HP back from killing an enemy. Is this intentional or a mishap to have both on at the same time?
_segfaultOk, I get the point. 50% of damage dealt will be returned as HP to whoever attacked a victim.
BloodisAlso tftrue_no_hats is on, but tftrue_no_misc is off, can either both be on or off and not only one in the server?
I mean does this really matter? and also i dont know if its just me but i prefer this over having the other settings.

-Increase Switch speed.
-Decrease Clipsize to 3
-Damage taken from rocket jumps is reduced by 20%
I think this would allow for a combined gunboats/shotgun pocket role which would be interesting to see and play with.

Idk about that but i had to play a pug without the crossbow cause the item servers were down and it was so aids since most of the time you would just be waiting to get healed and it just felt like it slowed the game.
chiefdogRoamer class even more useless
but if you ban the crossbow woudnt it just make roamer less viable since he wouldn't be getting as much heals so it would be a buff to go engie/spy/sniper cause then he wouldn't take any heals which his team could use.

Not in all the situations for example the "shadowburn loadout" with the black box and conch can still be usable as the roamer but playing roamer with shotgun is pretty aids.
