I can't wait to see the epic meal time thanksgiving this year. Idk if it's out yet though.
Tad bit depressing, but pretty worth it.

No. No it wasn't. Stop being silly.
Saw somebody sporting a Twitch hoodie on campus today, it actually looked really nice.
Start from Meatshot vol. 5 and work from there. It's worth the read.

My 'nerd essay' seems like I'm upset, but I'm not filled with rage or anything. I'm just bringing up what we can make out about ESEA's insidious agenda and making clear that we don't know what else they have in mind for future plans. Those plans could potentially involve more tactics that manipulate their userbase without the user's consent, why would I trust this company after this ordeal? It would be a different story if there was an option to voluntarily use my computer to mine bitcoins, as I believe Lange said once before. But the fact they want to hide everything and continuously lie to their customers tells me that the company probably doesn't have any ethical business plans for the future and I don't think staying with them will be the right thing to do. Switching leagues won't kill our game, we just name our premier league to something else, sign-up and be done with it.
Do you people who think the malware issue not being big of a deal, remember that this program killed computers overnight and costed people real money and to our knowledge if still active can still do this if your computer has not successfully uninstalled the treacherous software? Do any of you understand this? For some reason unknown to me, I don't think you guys realize the gravity of such an intrusion to your privacy and potential damage to your property. I'm going to go on an assumption that none of you (that I've read) have brought that up, and don't think the malware intrusion was such a bad thing after all. Also, the argument Steam has 'malware' or 'drivers that stay on your computer after uninstalling', they have a service for the intentions of protecting your account and data you've made to make changes to their games via cloud service. Not to harvest your computing power by force and collect pocket change. Let's also not forget that Nvidia is partnered with Valve to make user-agreement (Big difference here.) hardware diagnostics tools to collect large batches of useful statistics to view the different demographics of the Steam user base and are optimizing their drivers accordingly. The purpose of Steam's behind-the-scenes drivers are primarily to catch naughty users stealing games from their service and collect information about what hardware you're using to play what games. Not to take control of your computer, (full administrative access, mind you. DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THIS MEANS?! Anti-cheats don't operate with techniques to give somebody remote access to your computer. Just thought you guys should know that.) and harvest your computer's resources to their own personal gain that you did not know existed and were told off that it's not that big of a deal when somebody poked around? How does ESEA even remotely seem like a company to give money to if they are willing to deliberately lie and lie continuously to their user base? So what if CEVO can't be the league we need right now? What if ESEA had other plans to manipulate their customer's property for their own benefit? We don't know these things and so far with ESEA's track record, I don't think it'd be anything good. The courts have settled it, and ESEA is going to go back to finding ways to make really easy money off of the ignorant userbase they've got, regardless if it means violating your rights. Think about that; take as much time as you need.
I thought the same thing when the documents came out lol.
This doesn't really mark the death of TF2, just the end of an era of gaming for money. It now becomes explicitly casual from this point forward until another company will kindly offer monetary prizes and a holy land for the top teams; LAN. I don't think people should jump ship because of the drama, but rather just appreciate the community grown organizations such as AG and UGC. Let's give them our support for right now, and make the most of it. CEVO is definitely still an option, playing in that league for the second season of it's return was a push-over, but nonetheless it was smooth. The experience was no different than ESEA. Not to be confused with the latest news of ESEA's closed door operations, but joining the game and playing. Paladin was easier to use than ESEA client. Not to say ESEA is difficult, but Paladin doesn't make it any more difficult to just play the game. If they had a PUG system, which I'm not sure if they do or not, I'd be all over it because it's a free league. The same game of TF2 was there when we played, just we were playing for a bit of a different purpose. If the community gave it a try again, I think there will be pleasing results. CEVO has a clean record so far, and only dropped us due to lack of support. The fact they're picking us back up again means they believe in is for business. Let's acknowledge the hand lent out and try to keep the scene going.
l8r client, get off ma shit
Very, very good animation and good use of the items on models. Voice acting was eh (heavy's voice didn't match at all), story was jumpy, but overall a quality short. Haven't seen many western films in SFM, so to me this was pretty unique.
It's own3dtv 2.0? Avoid at all costs. Not worth even giving these guys a page-hit to check out the site.
I'm thinking about getting an instrument this Christmas, I'm not quite sure what to look for honestly. I had taken some music classes over a decade ago, but didn't really want to practice that much, because, you know... being in the 3rd grade. Going to be trying some things out this month or te next. What instruments do you guys play? Even if electronic stuff like EDM production.
