What I should have mentioned is that they knew which classes I played in both Mid and Low, I can understand that the admins cant obviously know what classes we all play, but even after mentioning this to them they doubled down, they checked our ETF2L team page, even on there it says im the spy and I told them so directly after complaining about me being counted as a point.

I don't expect admins to know every single detail about every no name low/mid player, but if people go out of their way to present facts to admins that would nullify their complaints, shouldn't it be worth atleast something?

What confused me though is how they expect mid experience as soldier in 6s to carry over as spy in highlander in low, it seemed very irrational to me to build a connection between the two.

Their point system when it comes to adding players after provisional tiers is also confusing to me.

I was counted as 1 point after being added to a low team after provisional tiers were published, because I played 1 season in a bottom mid team as SOLDIER in 6S, my only previous highlander experience is one open season where i made quarterfinals, thats it, and im still counted as a mid player?

Their rules in general are really weird to me, like their admin discretion rule just lets them pretty much do whatever they want?

I think the "Idea" of a universal TF2 League would be benefical for all parties in theory, more admins, more people, bigger playerbase and - more attractive for sponsors to sponsor a league with 10000 players rather than one league thats restricted to one region with 1000 players, its not a bad idea, obviously you'd need seperate divisions per region but that would still be better than before.

Merging all leagues would also result in a lot of head clashes, I can imagine league fees are going to be a hot topic of discussion, whitelists, maps, formats, theres a lot to get through to make something like that happen, but is it possible? Yeah obviously.

Also: if the messages were sent in any discord that has nothing to do with ETF2L, Nyar shouldn't be banned. It's not ETF2Ls place to monitor whatever their players say or think about certain topics, ESPECIALLY when it comes to no names that just play in Low/mid, if this was a prem player that was known amongst the community, then I can see how you could justify handing out a ban, but with a nobody like this? Why even bother?

I feel like what Little Nyar said was definitely out of order and shouldn't go unpunished but 5 years? Kid could still be young and made only one stupid comment, if he feels sorry about it I dont see a reason to keep him out of the league for 5 times longer than a cheater.

In cases like these you should be able to redeem yourself somehow and be put onto like a "trial" period where admins pay special attention to you and just ban you for life if you continue shitty conduct like this.
