the playerbase being split (or walled off) further by using a promod would have to bring in some pretty hefty benefits to make it worth it. you could pretty easily implement the team comtress optimizations into the game but do any modders know if it would be possible to integrate or mod a pugging system straight into the client?

you could get people to download a promod directly on steam and theyd have access to pugging systems instantly, not sure how doable this is though. imagine you could check a box in the menu to sign up to a pug on certain classes and wait for it to start

you could expand further on this by including proper tutorials and guides for new players, explaining 6s exclusive concepts directly in the game (i.e. valve rocket jump map)

the whole point of the 6s "meta" is that its the most effective lineup in terms of a time-performance ratio
if you wanna make something like demoknight work its probably gonna take 3 or 4 times as much playtime to get even a comparable ammount of value out of compared to regular demo

you could probably play full time pyro in a lower div too, but if you invested the same amount of time into scout or soldier you'd be a far better player way faster

if you invested roughly 2 weeks ago when the market crashed into some MSCI World or Nasdaq 100 etf you would already have made a 3-5% profit (depending on what specific etf)

In general I would say that while the differences between stock and original are often exaggerated, its still best to settle on one of them eventually. I find that while my dm with either rocket launcher is about the same that I am way more comfortable with the original when it comes to bombs, rollouts and jumping in general, but thats just me and its best that you experiment with either one to figure out which you find more effective.
