poros1tyJust to confirm, most of these mice are being shipped with defective mouse buttons. Not only is it visually defective with one mouse button clearly higher than the other, but the buttons can't be clicked simultaneously so you can't rocket jump reliably for example. Return the mouse and wait for a fixed version.

Where are you hearing that it's most of them? If my mouse has either problem it's not too noticeable or it's non-existent.
Definitely not a bad idea since you'll have better ability to overclock. If you decided to upgrade anything it would be mobo+processor to accommodate for the new Intel processors. Like everybody else said though your build is good. $.02
I always used the WMO. The mouse looks close to the same size as the WMO but oddly feels a lot slimmer. I went from using a palm/claw kind of hybrid grip to more of a claw grip, and it actually doesn't feel too bad.
Driver software through Ninox.org was really easy to use. One page to set Windows slider sensitivity, pointer precision, and polling rate. One click to change to 1000 Hz. :)
The LEDs having colours was a surprise. I currently have my mouse set to cycle only between 400 and 800 DPI with red and blue lights respectively. Might add 1600 DPI to the cycle as well just for browsing since 400/800 is pretty slow for general use.
I haven't had any major issues in the first hour that I've used it. Aiming feels consistent but I'll need more time to play to get a better opinion of it. Finals are occupying all of my time... That said I never thought I would replace my WMO with anything but the Aurora definitely is better.
thmpsnwhy is this thread called the left hand
Michigan looks like a hand. It's even common for people from Michigan to explain directions to different places by holding up their own hand and pointing at different spots.

$60 is the price difference for the K65 and the K65 RGB.
I got the K65 for $65 which actually would actually set the price difference to $85. I don't think I would spend $85 to upgrade my current keyboard to have backlit keys. >_>
Sounds like I'll be getting it. Now my only other decision is deciding if I want to pay 10 dollars for the 1-day shipping. :P
EDIT: I did it. Can't wait. :V
Is $250 considered a good price for the XL2411Z?
I've been told to wait out until the 22nd for clearance sales but I'm getting pretty antsy (and sick of CRTs raping my eyes at night). If it's not getting lower anytime soon then I might jump on it, but wanted to know what you guys think.

Ended up playing 6v6 with the same team for two years as well.
It's been seven years; Valve doesn't care. It doesn't make sense for me to keep pouring my heart and soul into this thing that doesn't give a fucking shit about me. It's makes sense to do something else.
Damn that hurts. :\
I wish pugs and stuff still happened. Seems like a lot of it is through in-house pugs. Did ESEA pugs ever kick off?
Thread hasn't been updated since August. I'm looking to pick up a monitor to replace my CRT pretty soon. Is the list still essentially the same or are there better options? I hesitated on the recent monitor deals and missed all of them :(
My friend and I just finished this. Good luck with your survey!
