bring jaeger out of retirement, is he still playing starcraft?
we did ESEA pugs for a while but there would be so many people in mumble (at least 20 or more) wanting to play. it got to a point where it would be a race to the server. and everyone just sat on auto-join. if someone dropped someone would just jack their spot and it just got too messy or some random person would join and yes it would be very lopsided. especially if it was a newer player or a cs player, not saying we have to disregard newer players or make them feel not welcome but obviously they're better off in the tf2mix channel or pug na till they get a better feel for 6s
in house pugs you have more control over whats going on, no crappy client, more people have a chance to play and its free. thats pretty much what it came down to. ESEA wasn't that bad because it was cool being able to win prizes, but not everyone has premium, the prizes aren't great anymore (not that it matters that much)
yeah seems to be stable now i read that in the cfg before and put everything in the launch options which was recommended, dx9 is raping my fps though holy fuck
it's getting a bit out of control now since the last update, i know a lot of people are dealing with a similar problem which was related to dx8 and such. well i updated my drivers for my graphics card, i switched to dx9 and i installed chris' dx9frames config
i took everything out of my launch options that may be causing it as well and i did verify integrity of game cache. everything that has been recommend to me and its still happening very frequently im out of ideas, any suggestions??
this guy likes to talk....a lot
imean alotalot
blatantly trolls, acts like a 12yearold idiot, cries for attention to get banned from these forums over and over, calls the game dead and still plays, thinks he can hang in high IM
slin, please
slin
maidoslol am i the only guy who has the lowest sens? 1.7 inches per 360
do you play against bots or what
br0 to win it all, console players y4 bl0w
ESEA is the premier league for comp tf2 this much is obvious and it has been for a while now, UGC is great for highlander and newer players that are breaking into 6s. CEVO however has fell off a long time ago...CAL and CEVO are old news. and i honestly don't think anyone is gonna wanna schedule matches and scrim time around more matches just for cevo. unless they provide great servers, a stats system that isn't severely outdated, a client that isn't terrible and good prizes i don't see anyone juggling multiple leagues. unless you really have the time to do so its not really worth it
they probably hear the cs players more than anyone, let alone the other team sitting across from them
its all personal preference, some people will tell you a low sens is good some people will say high is good, flicking, tracking, whatever just use what you're comfortable with and stick with it. really isn't that complex
as far as headphones go i highly recommend a nice pair of sennheisers or akg's
dm would be nice but on the other hand..BADWATER
