Sniper because it's suspenseful watching the medic walking into their crosshair and then agonizingly frustrating when you see them miss.

The i5 Acer has a superior cpu and gpu, so between those two I'd go for that one.
Definitely Pop Culture, but I really don't like how anti climactic the last clip was.
This guy is good.

If you're getting a 3570k, I'd recommend buying one from TD now. After coupon it's $205. http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2373004&Sku=
downpourdelpoYou can get a 3570k for like 20 dollars less from other websites. I got mine for 205 from TigerDirect when they had a 20 dollar off coupon. You could also save like 60 on the case if you opted for a good mid tower instead, but that's really up to you. I'd put more money into the gpu, really.
ill check some more prices before i make sure, but when i was checking websites earlier (newegg, tigerdirect, canadacomputers) TD almost always cost 5-10 $ more
edit: derp, forgot about shopbot.
amazon.ca has it for 20 cheaper nice call
If you are able to go instore, TD has a $10 off coupon on a 3570k http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2373004&SRCCODE=CANWSHOPBOT&cm_mmc_o=2mHCjCmtB5_BfCjCVqHCjCdwwp&cpncode=31-140277363-2

RigelCould you upload the demo that crashed for both of you?
I'm pretty sure there's nothing special in that demo compared to other demos he's tried recording, but here you go:

WaldoHas he tried validating steam files? Seems to be a cure-all after steampipe.
Yeah, forgot to mention that. He tried validating TF2 files but the problem persisted.
I'm posting this on behalf of my friend. Demos that he records seem to make his game crash when trying to view them later on. The problem exists when manually recording (record NAME then stop) and when trying to play demos that P-REC records. The demos record and are accessible in his tf/demos directory, but when trying to play them ingame, his game crashes without an error message. I uploaded one of my demos and he was able to play it, so I believe it's the way his game records demos that is the problem. I tried playing one of the demos he uploaded and it crashed for me as well, exact same problem. If anyone knows what the problem is and how to fix it, your help would be super appreciated. Thanks!
Not sure if it is relevant, but his steam folder directory is located on a secondary hard drive.
You'd probably benefit more from a better processor than gpu for TF2.
kirbyAwesome movie. My only problem is why in the world the medic @ 1:33 had no idea he was being shot @_@
I did a fast rollout to mid so I doubt anyone would have expected it.
Put the resource and scripts folders in the steam -> steamapps -> common -> Team Fortress 2 -> tf -> custom -> hud folder. There has to be a folder named "hud" (or anything else, I think. I just use "hud") in your custom folder.
