I think historically Sweden would beat Portugal, but I think Sweden's gotten weaker and Portugal better in the last few years. Italy or Russia was also a toss-up for us, we eventually went with Italy.

Opti_You also sometimes put flags before a nickname, and sometimes not, it looks a little inconsistent.
General rule is we put flag with first mention of someone/a team, and then don't use it again.

If you wanna be a top-level competitor, it's kinda required. If not, why bother?
I don't know if it's leagues just caring less about HL, but it's always been weird to me how big the discrepancy between the HL and 6s whitelist is. Most of the reasons weapons are banned in 6s applies to HL, minus maybe the cowmangler since the damage reduction on engineer buildings is more important.
Only reason I can think of why bonk/parachute/cleaver aren't banned in HL is cause they're good dumb fun.
