pugs are always a good way to get better
also to practice your aim you can go onto bot maps like tr_newbots and tr_walkway and tr_aim or whatever you prefer
but also public mge is awful and you should only mge friends to really improve
also try not to tilt dude, its just mge and its just for learning, competitive spirit is good but you gotta stay level man
