At least its something you can use. I need to buy more socks... mine only last a few months until they get holes in them. I think the tile in our house tears them up easily or something. I think socks with more polyester / nylon will last longer than cotton. Gonna try them next.

This is the first year my family was too lazy to get a tree. Going to get one, putting it on the car, cleaning needles from the car, getting out the tree stand and tree skirt and installing it, dressing the tree, cleaning up needles and decorations, sawing it in a few pieces and putting it on our curb, its a lot of work lol. If they had nice potted trees we would have probably bought one, cause then we can put it in the yard and maybe use it next year lol

Sounds like an internet problem. Maybe you have some high packet loss. Try running a free program called WinMTR.

It's basically a continuous ping tool. Then put in a couple TF2 server IP's in, and post the results here or to pastebin if they are too large.

It's also more efficient to use the bathroom before driving your car, as you weigh less and therefore your car consumes less gas. lol

You also have to remember that even if it is 1% more efficient to text idle, most games never use 100% of your CPU/GPU resources (unless you have a toaster). TF2 might average 30% from my GPU and 20-30% from my CPU. Other games rarely use over 50% of either.

Hell I used to literally litecoin and dogecoin mine at the same time as playing TF2 and other games. I'd set the mining to use about 50% of my GPU and I'd play TF2 with no frame drops or decreases in performance.

Interesting. I have MSI Afterburner opened and I'm looking at 0-1% GPU usage and task manager is averaging about 1-2% CPU usage. This is with about 20 chrome tabs open as well. I can't imagine anything more efficient than that.

IMO the only time text idling is measurably more efficient is if you are actually idling in a server for the purpose of increasing class hours, strange weapon farming, or item drop idling. If you just want more hours in TF2 just alt tab at the main menu.

Why not just open tf2 then alt tab to idle? Or do you guys have toaster computers that can't handle that?

It's happened to me a couple times before where that rock doesn't render. The rock is a custom model or something not part of a normal texture brush IIRC. Only way I knew how to fix it was to relaunch the game.

I tried playing a lobby one day one it rendered this way, it did more harm then good. You'd think a free wall hack on the rock would give you an advantage. But you end up just shooting the damn invisible rock over and over again lol.

Not sure about these new contracts, but the last time I did contracts I believe it was every 3 days I would get a new one.
