Another cheater was reported to me. This one is quite surprising, considering its someone with almost 3000 lobbies on TF2C. At first I didn't believe someone could play this long and so many lobbies and not get caught or reported until now.

I had a couple friends play a lobby 2 days ago against Yuri. He wasn't missing and was just destroying everyone, including several decent players on the other team (combined which have well over 5000 lobbies played). They just continued playing and knew they would know after the match was over if something was fishy with Yuri. The round ends and they check the accuracy stats. Yuri managed 96% accuracy on her scatter gun with over 480 DPM!
I was immediately messaged by a couple people that played in that lobby. I looked back a few pages at his logs and although this particular log was higher accuracy than normal, Yuri's accuracy is way above what any high level invite player would ever come close to averaging even in lobbies against low level players.
I could find very few scout logs of him with under 80% accuracy, almost all were pretty outrageous and above 80%. B4nny and clockwork don't even get anywhere near that and average in the 65-75% range typically. I couldn't find any sniper logs from yuri with <60% accuracy, which is also bs.
I've never seen any known legit players get much over 80% on scatter in a full length lobby/pug/match/scrim.
Having looked at thousands of logs with accuracy over the past few months, I would say these are some general guidelines for scout scattergun accuracy in lobbies:
<40% - There are other games available... try solitaire?
<50% - You should probably work on your aim a bit or stop firing randomly at the ground
50-60% - had a bad game or could use some aim improvement
60-65% - Not bad, could improve your aim a bit
65-70% - overall very solid aim
70-75% - about what a high level player will get on some of their better games
75-80% - damn good accuracy and not that common even for higher level players
80%+/- - a few % is possible for a legit high level player possibly playing against lower skilled players, or someone playing the best game of their life.
85-90% - probably not possible without cheats or unless the other team was AFK/gave up
90-95% - nope, please turn your cheats off
96-100% (the range that yuri was in) is so outrageously high and even most obvious cheaters that run full on aimbot don't even get near that. Because they fire a shot by accident right after the player died, or their aim is outside the aimbot fov.
And here are some logs that I found that were suspicious:

Also I'll mention that last night I was talking to a friend that was also friends with Yuri. Mentioned that log, and apparently they told Yuri. Yuri went private profile a few hours later, which is what a lot of these people do lately when they are called out.
