Multiplay went with VTv? So what? It's a professional eXchange and you just gotta move forward.

It's like if you get broken up with, you're not going to win anything by lighting your car on fire to show your eX how much you love her.

The calls for TF.tv to still cast it are a little worrisome to me because of the combative tone. Collaboration truly is the path forward because we are a small enough community that if you try and crush everyone else, you will, and then there'll be no one left.

Find a way to work together instead of competing head to head with VTv on this. I'd love to see Sal and Lange get to attend i49. TF.tv needs VTv. and VTv needs TF.tv.

What if TF.tv went in a support role? During the group and opening brackets, there is no way VTv can cover every single match. VTv hypes the TF.tv stream and vice versa, VTv gets first pick of matches cuz of stage presence for local fans, and both streams are up until there is only one game playing at a time. Until the grand finals, the rest of those games get casted by 1 caster from each organization. Grand Finals casted by Arx + Beta but map break analysis team is half-stocked with TF.tv guys.

Sounds great to me. Hopefully the egos can deflate and get out of the way and the community can move forward together.

kk. So it failed for me in chrome, but it worked in firefox and in chrome icognito. Webman suggested clearing browser cache, but he's also updating some of our apps, so hopefully the updated contact form thing will solve it. Thanks for letting us know.

This is the prefect time for us to come back with this series as most of the workload for the Documentary is off of Luc's back, and he is itching to get some more videos done. Also, ESEA Season 14 starts this month so there should be plenty of great plays. If you don't play in ESEA and just watch, if you see something amazing grab the STV demo from ESEA and send it in!

We still have demos from the top10s that have been skipped (since we weren't actively advertising some of those months are pretty weak), and Luc does want to go back and hit some of those demos up. Our main goal is to keep moving forward though, so we're gonna restart now and hopefully bring some of those other month's back in between the new videos.

Flippers just laid down some truth. I definitely hold both of my businesses to the same degree. If someone does some shit under my watch at eXtv or Produce Row Cafe then it's my responsibility. If it's some seriously messed up shit, they get fired, and I do my hardest to repair the damage done, and correct what led to the mistake in the first place.

I'll talk to Luc again. He's actually getting pretty reared up to get back into editing as the workload begins to shift towards Airon (Audio finishing) and the rest of us (final critiques, gathering feedback from a select few others). May Top 10? During that period Luc can prolly get out some of that footage. Will definitely show him this thread.

The docu is looking awesome. There was a lot of footage and audio to handle and break down. We're at 8 months right now, and that's completely reasonable for one person editing a 35-minute movie, basically on volunteer time. Luc's created a bunch of animations for it as well, on top of just regular editing. We could be done in a month, but I'd say either Mid/Late June or a July release date. I'd like to take it to Valve and get some feedback.

We'd like to put out bonus footage, but we've been weighing whether to delay production by having luc work on a more polished preview (there is a good interview with Ruwin we only use a little of), or by just releasing all that stuff fairly untouched after the documentary is finished.

As Sal said, I think we all would have liked to get it out earlier, and move on with our lives, but we also want to make sure it's awesome once it's finished.

coincidentally I just fired up that map for the first time today. Hit the "wall" on that part and couldn't get past it, will have to try that again later.
