we were both trying to beat each other's course time and i ended up winning by like less than 10 milliseconds
we had both gotten down to sub12 iirc, i think he was 11.98 and i was 11.92 but i can't remember and the stats are apparently wiped because i don't see our times

So them giving you 30 minutes is plenty of time you should be happy they gave you 30 mins. If you still couldn't get 6 after 30 minutes that is not their fault, totally on you. Should have had your esea client issues figured out beforehand.
im sorry and it sucks to forfeit but you now you know to tell your teammates beforehand for their first esea match to try and launch esea client and see if everything is working fine
also, dont have faceit open while using esea. it was the cause of a couple issues for me
