no, too lazy to back up w/ research or w/e but since 49 states are at will employment, meaning that employers don't have to give a real reason for firing, its p easy to fire someone for being "incompatible" when they really just make you uncomfortable. I was fired from my last job for no stated reason
(it was actually because I did what was asked of me, finished my tasks for the day, and spent 2 hours a day fucking around on my phone before u attack me about it. no one wants to pay someone with no initiative and i can't give a shit for $10/hr)

I was specifically talking about how dumb it is how when blacks are shot by a white man in clear self defense, many of them still begin massive protests or even riots because people like Bernie Sanders encourage them. I wasn't saying that it's ok for cops to kill people when they aren't a threat cause it's not, but I am saying it's ok for a cop to kill someone when they are a threat.
