don't cheat in lobbies kids the internet police will get you
since tf2 is only 66 tick, a headshot and medic regen probably happen in the same tick fairly often. it would be really noticeable if it was possible for the medic to live through it.
also that video is from a lobby:
probably just a second medic overhealing the other one before he left spawn because lobby
edit: checked the log cause i'm a nerd, another dude spawns as medic and heals the other
that's the html file that the game writes to when it wants to display a motd or stats, so if it's read only it won't be able to write any new info to it. that's why it displays the default info. if you delete it your problem should be fixed
did you do cl_disablehtmlmotd after you deleted the file?
is there a file called textwindow_temp.html in your tf directory and is it read-only?
