You can try rolling back to your older nvidia graphics driver and see if that helps.

ConsoleMake sure XBox DVR is turned off (if you dont know how here's a link to a tutorial). This might help a bit if you haven't done it already.I looked into it, but I'm not signed into XBox on my PC
You can still disable it through your registry editor if you scroll down a bit further in the tutorial.

My phone broke and I can't login to Steam

tiptoesMy nexus 5x is having the rebooting issue and won't load up at all. I tried everything and I even talked to customer support and the only way to fix it is to send it to them. I'm going to be getting a new phone anyways soon, but I can't access my texts or anything in regards to the steam authentication process. Does anyone know any way I could login to my steam account while fixing this issue without a phone?

Try using this help link on steam. You should also have a steam recovery code - not sure if you saved it (which you can use to remove the authenticator on your steam account).

Unicorn_WizardOnly had 2 matches and they were over by like 4, the only issue was the constant moving of setups, combined with having to reinstall tf2 and other things a total of about 4 times.
Yeah. Especially when we had to wait like over half an hour for a team to retrieve all their stuff before we could play on it. Regardless, it was a fun event and I hope we can get more LANs like this in the future.

Artz_HispanianForgot to mention I played him on s12 Highlander in silver and had to cut him after like 3 weeks into the season because he was bottom fragging all the time and later on created this youtube persona just to get attention. In pretty simple terms he is really toxic and fake person.
Yeah, we are cutting him from our highlander team. I am not sure why he is even rostered on the team at all.
