Not sure, probably. You'll have to try following the guide.
This is the default TF2 sourcescheme.res with the net_graph font added. If your HUD has a sourcescheme.res (many HUDs don't), this file will overwrite something but I can't possibly say what.

This has been solved thanks to Goat, big shoutout to him!
To move the timer down, you have to set
"Resource/UI/HudObjectiveStatus.res"
"ObjectiveStatusTimePanel"
"tall" "480"
then go into HudObjectiveTimePanel.res and play with the X/Y value under ServerTimeLimitLabel.
The wrong disguise class image can be fixed by going into HudPlayerClass.res and set
"PlayerStatusClassImage"
"ControlName" "CTFClassImage"
If you get a weird background in the disguise picture area, move "PlayerStatusClassImageBG" offscreen.

Cammy-f_blueSince Steampipe you have to put maps in either custom/userstuff/maps or download/maps. Userstuff can be named however you want though. Same for all other custom stuff, hitsound goes in custom/userstuff/sound/ui for example. Treat userstuff like your tf folder previously.
