yeah i dont think you understand how useless it is to idle a network in IRC just for pugs.

quality post. ricks statement about people pugging csgo is definitely evidence that top players are leaving the scene.

also put the bot/channel back on quakenet and the pugs may see a resurgence.

i have no incentive to idle IRC anymore. whoever made the decision to put the pug bot on any network other than quakenet ruined the legitimacy of the service.

People didn't use IRC just for pugs, they used it to stay up to date on drama, chat, and keep up with what was going on in other channels/games.

#1 chairs in Hardware

So my parents were like 'what do you want for Christmas' and I was like 'nothing'.

But then I realized the amount of time spent in a computer chair between work and being a nerd throughout a week is pretty high so maybe I'll get a new one.

Anyone have any suggestions on office/gaming chairs for someone the size of a truck?

Thanks.

theyve been dishing out community bans all night.

they need to make it 'only available on accounts possessing over $$ worth of games'

this is still beta
i have a feeling they're going to make it so you cant stream non-steam games so this doesnt happen, but naturally that would just be putting a bandaid on the problem

wont change anything. they need to make misconduct punishment so heavy people won't dare do it on their mains, while also not disallowing it for alts with no games.

this is genius, now people have a reason to buy more emoticons in the market so valve can take the $.01 per purchase

im no lawyer but how credible are 4 eyewitness reports for cases like these?

I could find 4 people to testify that they saw eXtine use a lowercase x one time. Seems questionable.

#31 OFFICIAL DREAMHACK WINTER THREAD in CS2 General Discussion

those are generally valve messups like when they banned every CoD player or something last year.

Drunken_f00l had some shit where he was predicting golden wrench drops. Valve gave him a VAC ban then hired him within the week or some shit.

His old account is still locked.

#27 OFFICIAL DREAMHACK WINTER THREAD in CS2 General Discussion
Dear Fans, As of today 19:00 CET, we regret to inform you that we were forced to temporarily suspend Hovik "KQLY" Tovmassian from our active CS:GO roster. Upon logging onto Titan’s usual scrim server, while at the training house and while using a recently formatted PC, KQLY got VAC banned and can therefor not train or practice with his official account. We are currently in contact with Valve in order to investigate what might have caused this and we will keep you informed as the situation develops. Stay tuned!

Valve doesnt even lift VAC bans on their employees, that shits not going away. lmao
