MagikarpAnother thing in CoD is that you can oneshot somebody with a sniper rifle(or so I've seen) even if it's just a bodyshot. It doesn't "charge" up like in TF2, it's really just a quickscope bodyshot insta-kill really. Shouldn't headshots be the instant-kill? It's ridiculous how not only do you have aim assist, but with a sniper rifle that can oneshot with a bodyshot...

MYLESwafflebAlso, if the aim assist is so helpful and skill destroying then how are people missing shots? Surely, if that was true, it would just seem that everyone is aimbotting (which is obviously not true)
I cant help but get the feeling that most of you saying this shit haven't even tried the game itself

wafflebI'm really struggling to understand why a small bit of aim assist is detrimental to a game where you are using a peripheral inferior to a keyboard/mouse
because the inferiority of the peripherals is negated by the fact that they all have to collectively be using the same said peripherals, hence, no aim assist means higher skill cap.
