#12 My First Frag Video in TF2 General Discussion
thorn_downpourthorn_The documentary SHOULD be done by i49? That's 4.5 months away and it's already been 8 months.

Didn't he get extra money from the community too?

This better make the rottentomatoes top 100 documentaries of all time list.
you sure are expecting amazing things out of an amateur film maker.
making movies isnt easy bro.

Once you accept a dime, you aren't an amateur anymore. I am not sure how much he was paid, but a lot of money was involved in the effort to send people over and to make the documentary so I would assume it's not pennies.

Don't know if you were being sarcastic so I am sorry if you were.

Uh...the donations didn't cover the cost to send the teams, let alone the time to make the documentary.

#30 i49 - Drawings to Help the Fundraiser? in Off Topic

Yes obviously he was being sarcastic. I was referring to it being even better than actually paying him

If I understand correctly he doesn't even want to get paid, he just wants the funds to go to the fundraiser

#154 UGC Admin TF2_Moose VAC Banned in TF2 General Discussion
krakowDoesn't UGC have policies for banning people who have been VAC'd for cheating? Both ETF2L and Ozfortress have mandatory ban policies for people who have been VAC'd.

who knows, ugc isn't very transparent

#1 frkn lft S14 in Recruitment (looking for team)

Sup, I'm looking to play on an open (playoff) team for S14, preferably as roamer. I have a couple seasons of ESEA experience, the second of which we made playoffs (and proceeded to go 0-2). Ringing and trying out for high open teams has made me realize what I need to work on, but they're mostly things that are best fixed through scrimming with an actual team, not playing with a different team every other night. I can scrim 3-4 nights a week, and do plenty of dm/mge on my own time.

Give me a shot yo

#31 ESEA Season 14 Announced in TF2 General Discussion
MemphisVonWhy would you want more teams in invite again? It it just so you don't have to play a team 3 times? I think it will still be the top 5 teams and then the rest no matter what.

Yeah, the divide between high invite and low invite would still remain (perhaps even more pronounced) but 9 invite teams would allow for perfectly balanced schedules (assuming no teams die l0l)

MangachuAny chance of tf2 having 9 teams in invite?

Seriously, this would be better than 8. Shame there is consistently 1+ dead teams with only 8 though..

ndustIs it illegal in ESEA?

I believe all plugins are disabled in esea by the client

No more than $20, $15 might be enough.

Maps for the pro tournament should be limited to maps in esea rotation

#28 Passive vs aggressive scout roles in TF2 General Discussion
Turinshould go with the flow of the game, doing what's needed to win.

this is kind of how every class works

the question lies in the "what's needed to win" part
