I don't think that this is a real dog.
do you guys think this discussion will end soon? idk how long after lan its been, certainly a considerable amount of time, and two of these threads pop up at the same time. when will it end?
i would assume that this was the first and last time that we see coaches at a tf2 lan given the backlash and the fact that the other top teams seemed opposed to it/didn't feel like it was necessary in their lineup. the reason why it existed in the first place is because of RSI, something that to my knowledge anyway, no other players at the top of tf2 suffer from..
in terms of online tf2 as a whole spanning across all divisions, having a coach would be stupid because of the risk of ghosting, rendering things like hiding/spy plays/backcaps useless.
i don't think it's such a huge advantage that it would sway the results of the lan. a normal team with 6 people in mumble can have clustered comms, imagine having 7. i watched one of haffi's streams with kaidus comming and it was pretty hectic and harder to follow, think of highlander.
another thing you'd have to realize that if kaidus wasn't the coach, kaidus would be the demoman and no offence to spudd, crowns was better with kaidus on demoman, but at the cost of his health, is that a disadvantage? of course it is. i didn't see any threads about kaidus wrist which clearly hinders his play especially that he has to play for hours and hours in a difficult lan environment. please stop making threads about this and just accept the results.

difficult to pick one for each class because most people played so well

it looks fun but everything is either getting 1 rocketed or sprayed down in like 2 secs as if its cod or something. hope that's just because they are weak. also the quake movement that we know looks to me like its only on one class -_-
pyro could become such a fun class to play and also much more balanced if they turned the flamethrower into an lg that had to be aimed accurately with the afterburn damage being nerfed to an extent that you didn't have to run for a health pack if the pyro accidentally touches you as well as the flare gun not doing 90 damage and the reserve shooter not existing. i would also increase pyro's speed in the same way the spy got a speed increase if the pyro was nerfed like this. this would make the pyro a fair, balanced and enjoyable class to play in my opinion.
with heavy i would probably just make it so you had to be more accurate with the minigun or perhaps a damage nerf because at close range it does unreasonable damage for its survivability with a medic that it will 90% of the time have
problem with pyro/heavy/engi is that they don't require the same accuracy of the other classes (excluding spy, but spy should be left as it is because its a different matter) which leads to people who main those classes and spending thousand of hours of their time on them and they are left with little skill on the other classes. it also damages the reputation of the game with csgo players thinking its easy as hell because they mow down servers with heavy medic combos. if engi was up for change i would make it so you had to aim the sentry gun and make the wrangler only give the sentry more hp.
There's even a hidden video on Valve's official Youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vjt9ppemePg Can you believe how overpowered this is? It is simply insane! :O
i think if you did have to track the medi-gun, playing medic would be a lot more appealing to me and i'd even consider learning to play it, but i understand why it would be a bad decision because it would change the game.
i'm curious if clockwork's opinions on overwatch have changed since this video.
why not just practice medic arrows?
