keep in mind that csgo doesn't have official surf, bhop servers (equivalent of jumps in tf2), 1v1 aim map/bomb defusal (equivalent of ultiduo/bball/mge) so it would be really cool and it would improve the experience but it won't happen
soap dm in mm sounds good and makes complete sense (csgo could use this too tbh)
colours seems a bit weird, might be just me
try loading up local server, tftrue servers tend to have outdated whitelists and all new stuff is banned including hats
found (most likely) really old version on my disk
http://www78.zippyshare.com/v/I7MNwWMF/file.html
some files (hud/cfgs) are most likely edited
you can try mat_mipmaptextures 1/0
BeSI don't know why but it doesn't work for me..
I tried using the most recent version, 1.9.7.3 and 1.9.7.6 as well, I opened inspector as administrator but even if it saves the changes they don't apply to the game.
Ideas?
I've had similar (maybe the same) problem recently, i had to remove drivers (ddu) and install them again, after that it worked fine.
also make sure you are launching inspector as administrator
i'd suggest reinstalling tf2, copying all custom files and then adding them one by one and checking if it's fixed
it's some model modification most likely
spirit of the bombing past is missing in the latest headfeets version :(

if you want to use ONLY the small green cross you should just add a hud crosshair
otherwise you take the .vtf and vmt. from dd5f's, move it to materials/vgui/replay/thumbnails/, use gcfscape to export selected weapon files and replace the valve crosshair with your own (OP Step 2) and put them into scripts
