Big ups to all the camera people. It's not very rewarding to sit and just change cameras for a whole match without getting to say a word, but the guys we have here at TF.TV rule. They're pretty selfless and work really hard.

I am also really into banter. Nobody cares about every single frag.

I like discussion of statistics and numbers here and there, and I like discussion of team or roster history. I like to interview teams before a cast to get insight into their preparation and how they're feeling, and I like post-game interviews. I guess I'm into what the teams are thinking and how they are feeling, versus describing every frag. I come from a sports broadcasting background and love football so that's probably where all that comes from. It helps the viewer make a connection with the teams and players, which is good for everyone.

TF.TV just absolutely kills it with production though too, don't they? HUD, overlays, overall presentation. That can add a lot.

I was also really impressed. The casting HUD did look really nice. I liked the round recaps at the top - something all multi-map casts should have.

It was fantastic work by both Bloodsire and djc casting - and I mean that. It takes dedication to talk all day long and to keep it interesting, which they definitely did.

I like this. I started doing class-specific POV videos with commentary, and I'd love to extend this philosophy to casting. DJC needs to cast more! I think most folks will agree.

Highlander is hectic as shit for camera. In 6v6 it's a lot easier to capture everything, because you don't have 4-5 flanking classes doing their own thing in their own part of the map. You can stick with the combos, and alternate between them and the scouts/roamer and know you're not missing sniper plays or spy plays or reflects.

It's not easy and I applaud anyone who is dedicated cam for HL.

I'm dying to cast more, even with most everything locked up. Loved covering the lower divisions a bit, and I know there's definitely an audience for all divisions.

But to re-iterate what seanbud said, it's been hard getting co-casters and camera together at the same time.
